What is the compatible design of a circuit board?

Electromagnetic compatibility refers to the ability of electronic devices to function coherently and effectively in various electromagnetic environments. The aim is to enable electronic devices to both suppress various external interferences and operate normally in specific electromagnetic environments, while also reducing the electromagnetic interference that the devices themselves may cause to other electronic devices.

1. Selecting an appropriate wire width: Since the impact interference caused by transient currents on the printed lines of the PCB circuit board is mainly due to the inductance components of the printed wires, it is necessary to minimize the inductance of the printed wires as much as possible.

2. Adopting the correct wiring strategy: Equal wiring can reduce the inductance of the wires, but the mutual inductance and distributed capacitance between the wires increase. If the layout allows, it is best to adopt a grid-like wiring structure in the form of a tic-tac-toe pattern. The specific approach is to have horizontal wiring on one side of the printed circuit board and vertical wiring on the other side, and then connect the crossing holes with metallized holes.

3. To prevent crosstalk between the wires on the PCB circuit board, when designing the wiring, long and parallel lines should be avoided as much as possible. The distance between the wires should be maximized. Signal lines, ground lines and power lines should not cross each other. In some signal lines that are highly sensitive to interference, a grounded printed line can be set up to effectively suppress crosstalk.
